Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Ayotiq Digital Technologies, based in Saskatchewan, Canada (“Postbotic”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of the Postbotic platform. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Postbotic on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Postbotic is an AI-assisted social media management platform: multi-tenant business workspaces, AI-drafted marketing content grounded in your brand information, a human approval workflow, and publishing to social channels you connect. AI output is a draft until a human approves it; by design, nothing is published to a connected channel without an explicit approval in the product (unless you deliberately configure an automation that publishes within rules you have approved).
3. Your account
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
4. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or approve in Postbotic, including brand information, drafts, and media. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service — for example to generate AI suggestions, store media, and publish approved posts to channels you connected. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload (including images) and for the content you approve for publication.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it. Approved content is your content: you are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and compliance with the policies of any platform it is published to. We do not guarantee any particular marketing outcome.
6. Connected third-party platforms
Connecting a third-party account (such as a Facebook Page) is optional and governed by that platform’s own terms — for Meta, the Meta Platform Terms and applicable community standards. You must have the authority to connect the accounts you connect. Publishing through Postbotic instructs the platform on your behalf; we are not responsible for third-party platform availability, policy changes, or actions those platforms take against your accounts. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which immediately removes the stored access tokens.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postbotic to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or spam;
- violate the terms or policies of any connected platform;
- infringe others’ intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the service’s security or tenant isolation, or access another organization’s data;
- resell or provide the service to third parties except as a feature we offer (for example, managing client workspaces you are authorized to manage).
8. Fees
Postbotic currently has no paid plans. If we introduce paid subscriptions, pricing and billing terms will be published before they apply to you, and continued use of paid features will require an active subscription. Usage limits and AI spending caps may apply to free usage.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or are required to be suspended by law or by a connected platform’s policies. Where practical, we will give notice before acting.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayotiq Digital Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of CAD $100 and the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Saskatchewan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by updating the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
